Job Description
KSI Auto Parts is seeking a reliable and safetyconscious CDL Transfer Driver to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for delivering auto parts to warehouse and shipping centers in
a timely efficient and safe manner. They will also ist in properly sorting staging pallets loading and
unloading the truck to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the parts.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Tractor Trailer to transport auto parts to warehouse and shipping centers.
ist in properly loading/unloading truck.
ist in properly sorting parts.
Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Verify that the load is properly secured and balanced before transportation.
ist in the loading and unloading of the truck.
Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or concerns to
the supervisor.
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
that may arise.
Follow all traffic laws regulations and company policies while driving.
Maintain a clean and organized truck.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid cl A drivers license.
Prior experience driving a Tractor Trailer or similar commercial vehicle.
Possess a valid medical DOT card.
Able to reach bend lift pull and push up to 50lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery schedules and routes.
Excellent communication ss and ability to work effectively with the dispatch team.
Strong problemsolving ss and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Must be reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours as needed.
Familiarity with auto parts and repair industry is a plus.
Ability to work from 7pm to 5am when needed
Shift & Hours:
Sunday Thursdsay 7:00PM start time (810 hour shifts)
Route:
Driver will be transferring product from Atlanta GA to SC and NC
Compensation: $3031 / hour based on experience
