Job Description
- You have 3+ years of management experience in a remote startup environment. This position is ideally your third job (give or take one), demonstrating a progression in leadership and creative roles.
- You're a people's person, known for your excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to accommodate team and project needs. You’ll lead a team with ~8 very talented people.
- You have a track record of trusting your team. Yo prefer to choose collaborative tools and leadership structures over micromanaging the team.
