You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe primary focus of this role is to provide a high level of customer service by being the initial point of contact to the service department, meeting and greeting the customer in a professional and polite manner when entering the dealership, and qualify their needs. In addition, compiling the customer’s information as per department standard operating procedures and guide the customer to the relevant service advisor.
What you will do:
• Take service appointments on the appointment booking system
• Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly
• Ensure messages are taken and the customers are called back by the concerned staff
• Greet the customers professionally
• Guide the customers and assist them as needed
• Prepare and schedule appointments based on service advisor duty roster
• Support the service department to achieve 100% of the department budget
