HR Assistant

Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers.Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation.Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.Assisting with the maintenance and updating of HR systems and databases.Preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts and termination letters.Assisting with the coordination of HR events and activities.Keeping up to date with HR best practices and industry trends. 1-2 years of experience in HR or related role.Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
