As the Interim Recruitment Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients recruitment strategy in an environment that values innovation and agility. This position offers the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Recruitment and IT requiring a dynamic individual capable of managing both strategic projects and the daytoday operations of the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment plans focusing on recruitment goals target groups and sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding: Develop and execute an employer branding plan to enhance the clients image as an attractive employer including longterm positioning and immediate market communication strategies.
- Project Management: Lead projects such as the acquisition and implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimisation of the candidate journey and enhancement of the onboarding experience.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a recruitment team of three fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous development.
- Reporting and Analytics: Establish reporting frameworks and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize recruitment metrics such as time to hire cost per hire and overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives identifying quick wins and setting longterm objectives to create an inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within recruitment with a preference for backgrounds in the energy sector or IT environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing strategic recruitment plans with a strong grasp on employer branding sourcing strategies and recruitment analytics.
- Experience in leading diverse recruitment projects including technology implementations and process optimizations.
- A passion for diversity and inclusion with proven success in implementing effective initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills capable of driving strategy through insights and fostering a collaborative team environment.
