We are looking for aCustomer Support Specialistto join our mission to eliminate waiting and improve customer journeys across Europe. Heres what you can expect:
- This opportunity is for folks who truly love problemsolving and troubleshooting with the end goal of empowering our customers to reach their objectives and address any challenges with our product.
- This is an interim role for 1 year to cover during maternity leave with a strong possibility of extension!
- This position is based inStockholmat our beautiful bright offices on Kungsgatan 32. Were an inperson company and prefer that you work from the office at least 2 days per week as we believe the best product gets built together live.
What youll be doing
- Youll be a product expert able to advise your customers on best practices using Waitwhile.
- Solve technical problems for customers on a daily basis over Chat and Email (we use Intercom!)
- Debug complex issues with an understanding of both our product and ourcustomers workflows
- Create and update support documentation based on customer interactions and best practices
- Create and maintain internal knowledge libraries and support the growth of the team
- Influence the direction of the Waitwhile product through daily communication with our customers and consistent collaboration with our product teams
- Continually research and learn the current and future best practices of using Waitwhile
What skills you need
- 2 years of troubleshooting experience in a Support role or similar customer facing capacity.
- Deep sense of empathy for technology users and genuine passion for making customers feel happy and understood
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and preferably Swedish) with customers as well as internal teams
- Ability to issue diagnosis and problem solving with strong technical aptitude
- Communication comfortably explaining technical concepts to customers and internal teams
- Tenacious work ethic and relentless attention to detail
Bonus skills & attributes
- Youve worked at a Startup or built a SaaS platform
- Youve used Intercom or a similar chatbased support platform (e.g. Zendesk)
- Youve got technical understanding of APIs
