Role overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to support the growth of our diverse brand portfolio by identifying and implementing initiatives that lead to increased revenue. You will work with key stakeholders across our Group fostering collaboration and building relationships to drive success. An important part of your role will be to fuel our pipeline by helping to identify and convert highvalue new business opportunities.

Reporting to and working with our Group Client Managing Director you will become our navigator of the intermediary and procurement portal landscape ensuring we seize every lucrative avenue for growth. You will not only identify and secure lucrative tender opportunities but also help in their development orchestrating winning tender responses that solidify our place at the forefront of our market.

We operate a flexible hybridremote workplace model.

As a Sales Executiveat Next15 you will:

  • Be responsible for a specific revenue target as directed by the Growth team seek out new opportunities to drive growth and revenue across the Group
  • Support tender procurement and development by developing compelling tender responses and managing the tender writing process.
  • Maintain the creds and internal resources.
  • Manage pitch performance and track its success
  • Manage CRM lead generation and orchestrate presentations to clients
  • Support the Growth Strategy by collaborating with Next 15s agency brands to identify and execute growth opportunities including partnerships collaborations and tenders while tracking and sharing news about Next 15 brands to facilitate internal communication and awareness
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across Next 15 including agency heads and business development leads
  • Establish and manage online platforms to facilitate easier internal communication knowledge management and project management while ensuring an uptodate record of business development contacts across the group
  • Measure performance by ensuring a clear connection between tasks and the achievement of Growth Team revenue goals while tracking and reporting on the success of implemented initiatives and identifying areas for improvement

You will bring:

  • Previous experience of working towards a revenue target
  • Experience securing and winning significant tenders ideally in an agency or agency group context
  • Experience in managing largescale tender and proposal writing projects
  • Experience building relationships and collaborating effectively across internal and external teams
  • Knowledge of subscription management procurement portal expertise and lead generation (with a view to expanding this)
  • Experience using a CRM program and managing leadgeneration campaigns
  • A datadriven approach to identifying and maximising opportunities
  • Project management skills with a focus on detail
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
