Job Description

What You'llDo • Develop& maintain standardized work Instructions used inproduction by the production associates • Supportthe development of Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis (PFMEA)to identify critical risks in the production processes with theManufacturing Process Engineers • Developtraining programs and hiring plans for productionassociates • Support of control plans to assurecritical features are controlled through the productionprocess • Manage Supervisors, Leads andProduction Associates and develop the team structures used in theTesla FactorySupport issue resolution including root causeinvestigation & corrective actiontracking
