Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Consultant with a focus on Management consulting and Transformation, preferably in a consulting firm.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to support multiple complex projects concurrently in various industries such as financial services, retail, telco.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
