Job Description
Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 6 years experience OR High School Diploma / GED with minimum 8 years experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing - Preferred.
- 3 years Supervisory and/or Managerial experience - Preferred.
- Requires foresight to anticipate problems and recognize opportunities for cost effective improvements
- Lean Flex Flow certification and BUS (Baldor Unified System) experience - Preferred.
