Job Description
Your background
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with minimum 1 year of directly related experience in a large (500 person or more) organization or minimum 2 plus years of directly related experience in a smaller organization
- Proficiency and experience with Regulations and Compliance, Performance Management, Talent Management, Rewards, Learning and Development, HR Systems and Technology, Employee Experience and Engagement, Change Management, Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM CP highly desired
- Core values of collaboration and peer leadership
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
