Supporting the provision of our training strategy through the design and implementation of training initiatives which are both aligned with mandatory requirements for each account.
Identify training needs using a structured methodology to assist in the design of tailored training and development programs.
Ensure that training programs are in alignment with the entity's minimum skills and are pitched at the correct level.
Follow up in the current structure, policy, and procedures and update it as needed.
Assist the organization in areas of leadership development, organizational redesign, team development, and change management.
Define the minimum skills for each position.
Identify quality of the internal trainers to deliver training programs based on identified training requirements.
Manage the development of training materials such as hand-outs and visual materials.
Manage the Coaching for newcomers and old agents to reach standard performance
Design and implement the metrics system to measure training effectiveness, communicate the means for measuring training effectiveness with Managers/Section Heads concerned; and modify existing training programs, or propose any new programs to ensure continuous employee professional development
Designing and upskilling individuals in the business to ensure high standards are being achieved and service results are being improved.
Complete post training evaluation on key training delivered in the business to ensure that training is effective and meets the training objectives
Assisting fellow Learning & Development colleagues across IGT CAI with designing and/or delivery of training programs
Ensuring that all training is delivered in line with" IGT and client service standards (e.g., induction, online learning, skills training)
Has an experience of managing LMS platforms
Ensure that training process in line with COPC and ISO standers
