JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Perform multiple activities like Side-By-Side, Live Monitoring, Quality sessions, coaching, Time and Motion, quality sessions, bottom quartile analysis, dip check etc.
Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance of the assigned process.
Participate in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations
Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
Provide feedback to aligned team members
