- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive digital marketing initiatives. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage. - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for digital marketing services as needed. - Provide regular reporting and insights to management on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital channels, tools, and platforms. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for driving results through digital marketing. - Experience in the Qatar market and understanding of local consumer behavior and preferences is a plus. • Languages
