Role: Project Coordinator

Location: MetroDC / Pensacola FL / Vienna VA
BASIC PURPOSE: As project coordinator assist the Program Manager in delivery of BSA (Bank Secrecy Act)AML projects. Provide day to day project support as directed by the BSAAML Program Manager which includes but not limited to project planning scheduling workshops drafting and distribution of meeting notes ensuring the execution of workshop action items with assigned owners preparing materials for steering group discussions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizing and scheduling workshops with Workstream Leads and Program Manager Creating and distributing meeting minutes collecting action items decisions etc. Assists in managing the intake process for new action items stemming from various workshops and project meetings; and managing the tracking log followingup on status and ensuring completion of Open Items Manages the entry and update of Security related issues/findings within GRC system when running projects. - Ensures effective management of projects from inception through implementation.
- Partners with project teams to develop and coordinate project plans.
- Ensures timelines are met and project goals are attained through effective management and monitoring of project milestones and timelines.
- Develops presentation materials with Program Manager to feed governance forum including communication of progress and status of project activities to Leadership raising of risks and issues pertaining to the focused program etc.
- Provide additional support to assist in the Program Management of the BSA/AML Program
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred strong familiarity or experience with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/AntiMoney Laundering (AML) processes.
- Preferred 4year degree or the equivalent combination of education training and experience including Project Management Certification
- Highly experienced managing complex projects managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals.
- Advanced organizational planning and time management skills.
- Advanced interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise developing and managing relationships across business units and the organization building effective relationships through rapport trust and tact.
- Strong problemsolving analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of project lifecycles project management methodologies
- Advanced presentation software skills with an eye for detail
