Job Description
An excellent Leasing Coordinator/Manager role working for a business who prioritize attitude and cultural fit over experience.
Whether youre a knowledgeable Leasing Manager Property Manager or someone closer to the beginning of your real estate career this high performing team are looking for likeminded individuals at all levels.
Taking on a fairly autonomous role you will have extensive training (if required) before taking on the business critical role of Leasing Coordinator/Manager.
Initial duties will include:
- Advertising properties online
- Conducting open homes and inspections
- Managing the application process
- Handling tenant inquiries
Requirements
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate (essential)
- Open driving license and own car (work car available during the day)
- Exceptional organisation and time management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure excellent customer service
- Strong IT skills. Previous experience with Property Me IRE preferred but not essential
