Leasing Coordinator Property Manager

• Advertising properties online
  
• Conducting open homes and inspections
  
• Managing the application process
  
• Handling tenant inquiries
  

Requirements

• Hold a current Real Estate Certificate (essential)
  
• Open driving license and own car (work car available during the day)
  
• Exceptional organisation and time management
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure excellent customer service
  
• Strong IT skills. Previous experience with Property Me IRE preferred but not essential
