Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in the Middle East, is seeking a talented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Bahrain. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of company and industry data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare financial forecasts, budget reports, and financial models to support planning and strategic decision-making
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, business cases, and presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Stay updated on market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact financial analysis and reporting
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis, as requested by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of banking industry regulations and trends is a plus
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
