About the role
We are looking for aCustomer Support Advisor to join the team.
The successful candidate will need to be based in Ireland and available to work on a shift basis between the hours of 12 pm and 8.30 pm Monday Sunday.
This is a fulltime workfromhome position based in Ireland. The only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk. This will give you the time to focus on what is important: providing an excellent support experience to our customers
Tasks
What youll be doing
- Your main role will be supporting our customers via chat and phone to ensure they have the best and most expedient experience possible.
- Youll support them from start to finish troubleshooting their problems and answering their questions.
- Youll identify and assess the customers needs to provide the best possible support with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
- You have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- You have experience in customer service role supporting English speaking markets through phone and chat.
- You demonstrate a keen aptitude for problem solving employing analytical thinking and innovative approaches to deliver effective solutions to our members.
- You have experience with ticket targets and AHT targets.
- You are detail orientated and possess strong quality assurance skills.
- Exceptional Organization Skills. detailorientated
