Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are a headhunter agency matching top talent in The Philippines with fastgrowing US and global companies. We are hiring an ambitious and talented SEO Specialist to join a Nimble company. Our client is a digital marketing agency that works with Fortune 500 companies on their brand management.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm EST
Holidays: Paid US holidays
Salary range: $1100 $1400 per month
Responsibilities
- Work with a book of 2030 clients on all their bespoke SEO needs.
- Conduct extensive keyword research to identify highvalue and relevant keywords.
- Optimize onpage elements including title tags meta descriptions header tags and content for targeted keywords.
- Collaborate with brands to ensure SEOfriendly content creation and integration of keywords.
- Perform technical SEO audits identify issues and implement solutions to improve website performance.
- Develop and execute effective linkbuilding strategies identifying opportunities for quality backlinks.
- Monitor website performance crawl errors XML sitemaps and implement schema markup.
- Generate analyze and interpret SEO performance reports using tools like Google Analytics Search Console and SEO platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends algorithm updates and best practices through continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a track record of improving website ranking and organic traffic.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush Moz etc.
- Strong understanding of HTML CSS and website architecture.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and industry trends.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in crossfunctional teams.
- Proactive problemsolving skills to address technical SEO issues and challenges.
- Creative thinking to develop innovative and effective SEO strategies.
- SEO certifications (e.g. Google Analytics Google Ads SEO certifications) are a plus.
