Job Description

At STRI we are hiring for our Client who are a 22 year old Integrated Sales & Marketing company headquartered in New Delhi and having branch offices in Bangalore and Mumbai and international operations in Singapore US and Middle East. The organization is a 2000 people company with 130 Cr of revenue.

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for you dynamic bestinclass talent to join the organization as Client Servicing specialists. In this role you will be responsible for managing allocated account(s) smoothly on a daytoday basis. You will be responsible for driving revenue from the allocated set of account(s) and
should possess a strong understanding of the client s business. The client servicing person is the client contact for all marketing related requirements and will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle from generating new briefs to proposal creation and presentation to business closure and project planning and delivery.

Key responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Achieving revenue targets for allocated accounts
  • Building relationship with account and client base to increase the number of incoming briefs
  • Creating high quality proposals by coordinating with internal teams content creative and operations
  • Maintaining project profitability through the entire project lifecycle
  • End to end planning and management of closed projects
  • Daytoday liaison with internal team members (operations Content creative) on project planning and delivery
Skills Educational qualifications Experience and who you are:
  • 78 yrs in a similar marketing/event management agency
  • PG in marketing will be an added advantage
  • Excellent command of English language (Spoken and Written)
  • Passion for excellence with high attention to details
  • Good knowledge and understanding of B2B Marketing
  • Proven track record in managing and executing events.
  • Proven record of managing and growing set of accounts
  • Proactive and highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Selfmotivated and eagerness to learn new and different things
  • Credible confident and articulate with good communication and presentation skills



5+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably from a digital agency background) Media Management experience of at least INR 25 Lakh per month. A proven track record of creating and executing advertising plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical. Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment. A proven track record of managing digital marketing projects for a range of clients. Working knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix Web Analytics, Email, SEO, PPC, Content, Social & Affiliates. Strong communication and team management skills.
