Responsibilities of Head Tele Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain longterm relationships with clients.
- Will be responsible for Training and developing Managers & Distributors from Health Life and Motor Insurance. Plan and supervise the team activities to ensure sales & lead generation as per plan.
- Recruiting and training managers implementing and monitoring the performance.
- Conduct weekly performance dialogues and filed demo/observation calls
- Help & motivate the team for their goal achievements and crossing earning slabs regularly.
- Complete Ownership of the Sales & Customer acquisition and work alongside the operation team for the category assigned.
- Direct Sales Team Health Tele calling Unit both will report to this position.
- The candidate with a network of existing clients and corporates with strong relationships will be an advantage
- Will be responsible to monitor and maintain attendance records for the tele sales team ensuring punctuality and compliance with company policies. This includes tracking daily attendance reporting absences and addressing attendancerelated issues promptly.
Requirements for Head Tele Sales
- At least 4 5 years of managerial experience in the Health Insurance domain
- Leadership and Networking skills Ability to scout the right talent & onboard them
- Team Handling Training & field coaching High result orientation Health Insurance Specialist
