Marketing Director

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Director to lead their marketing efforts across EMEA. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in EMEA, while collaborating closely with their global team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for the EMEA region, aligned with global objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and public relations.
• Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team across EMEA.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop insights for informed decision-making.
• Partner with sales and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget for EMEA.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the medical device industry and the marketing landscape.

About You:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's or MSc degree in Marketing, or a related subject.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results.
• Strong understanding of the medical device industry and the EMEA market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with remote work is a plus.
