Job Description
University degree in related disciplines such as information technology, management information systems, business administration, or equivalent.
Advanced knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS) and related software.
Deep understanding of human resources management processes and their technological requirements.
Strong analytical skills and ability to convert business needs into system requirements.
Ability to design and develop HR database reports and analyses.
