Overview:
The Weekend Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service over the weekend. They are responsible for managing and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the weekend sales team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze weekend sales performance and strategize to maximize revenue
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer escalations
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions for the weekend
- Coordinate with the store manager to align weekend sales activities with overall store goals
- Train and onboard new weekend sales associates
- Manage inventory and ensure products are wellstocked and displayed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create weekendspecific promotional materials
- Report weekend sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding sales and customer interactions
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store on weekends
- Handle any operational or staffing issues that may arise during the weekend

Required Qualifications:
