Required Senior Manager Marketing (Solar Industry)
Location: Surat Gujarat India

Must have 5 years of experience in Marketing with a focus on the solar industry.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and play a crucial role in advancing our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in PR activities and significant leadership experience in the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats providing actionable insights for business growth.
Public Relations (PR) Leadership:
- Oversee and manage all PR activities to enhance the companys image and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets industry influencers and key stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a highperforming marketing team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence.
- Provide guidance in the development of marketing campaigns ensuring they align with brand positioning and business goals.
Brand Management:
- Drive brand awareness and positioning in the solar industry through effective marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
Collaboration and Crossfunctional Communication:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and operations to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Performance Analytics:
- Implement performance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team making datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing role within the solar industry.
- Strong background in PR activities with a demonstrated ability to manage media relationships.
- Leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading and developing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Familiarity with sustainable energy practices and industry trends.
