• At least 10 years' experience in the operation of ambient air quality monitoring stations. • Strong technical understanding of the engineering and scientific principles of air pollution, air quality monitoring, meteorology, and air pollution control technologies. • Operational working understanding of computer-based emissions dispersion modelling software (e.g. AERMOD, CALPUFF, AQMIS, SCREEN). • Experience working in the Oil and Gas or petro-chemical industry is highly desirable. • Good problem solving and decision-making skills. • Working understanding of CEMS, RATA process, database user interface and acquisition software, greenhouse gas management software, hand-held air quality and gas detection devices, MS Office and Project Management Software. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Advanced capability in creating reports and presentations. • High level of technical competency in writing procedures, plans and reports.
