Title: Sales Support Executive

Role Summary:
Organize and lead the Sales Support process to Sales management, ensuring efficient and synchronized execution of administrations, planning cycles, performance management, analysis, key meetings and provide valuable information to our Sales team.
A Day in Life:
- Responsible for capturing all trade spendings (TTS) in CRM for respective country
- Insures good coordination with distribution for higher customer satisfaction.
- Insures good coordination with distribution for higher customer satisfaction.
- Calculate and prepare the Service Charges on quarterly basis abiding by the CBS SOP.
- Handle the Asset Custodian role on SAP
- Responsible on all P2P transactions (PR, PO, GR) for NP department.
- Responsible for clearing Dispute Cases with full coordination and follow-up with sales teams (ie: stock allocations, OOS tracking, overstocks).
- Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team key meetings by setting direction, building coordination with planning and taking minutes of meeting.
- Tabulates the monthly objectives / incentives for the sales force and compare with achievements.
- Monitor the sales performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, provide team with necessary analysis, and update CCSD and Sales Managers accordingly.
- Coordinates with the CCSD Manager to allocate quantities of premiums during consumer promotions to the salesmen and the different trade channel.
- Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations, in the country (ie: newspage, BMB-MS, sales, etc…)
- Prepares sales force incentive according to directives given by the Head of Sales.
- Responsible for preparing sales analysis by customer/channel/Platform/salesman on monthly basis, to enable management to review and take necessary actions.
- Prepares at the end of each month the turnover evolution for the important customer (wholesalers and supermarket).
- Organizing and filing of all legal contracts related to CBS machines, BDA or EYR, or Branding.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
- Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.
