Key responsibilities are: • Ensure records are updated within agreed timeframes and as required by other system users. • Ensure timely receipt of all required information/documents and follow up when these documents are delayed. • Assist with reports and data extracts as required by other teams. Assist with data maintenance activities within the team as required by departmental management. • Ensure all crew personal and operational data and qualifications are correctly captured in the Company records systems. • Attention to details, ensure accuracy of data captured into crew management systems by cross checking (Auditing) with required documents. Qualifications About You Dynamic and competent candidate to join the team must possess the following: • Qualification of High School/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential. • Minimum of 4+ years of job-related experience • Experience in crewing or crew resources departments with crew management system or other crewing operational systems • Knowledge of crew qualifications and records • Knowledge of crew records rules and regulations Application Guidelines: Internal employees must submit applications through internal vacancies portal (via GEMS) only.
