Job Description
- Participates in preparing HR Planning by analyzing the data gathered and identify areas of development for achieving HR strategy and providing recommendations and raising to line manager.
- Develops HR Budget by collecting and analyzing all HR related initiatives and projects, and defining requirements and budget and reporting to line manager.
- Develops Manpower Planning by reviewing collected departmental manpower plans, and revising previous MACNA manpower plans, and quantifying requirements as per business needs and reporting to line manager.
- Identifies Cost of Manpower for MACNA and Projects by reviewing the manpower cost data collected from different MACNA departments and projects, calculating costs and providing recommendations to top management.
