Job Description
Looking for a confident senior travel consultant specislizing in Group tours
- Responsible for selling leisure travel services to Germanspeaking group clients.
- Create and design safari itineraries for group travel in Southern and East Africa.
- Provide excellent customer service and consult with clients to determine their travel needs.
- Promote and sell various travel products packages and services.
- Handle inbound travel inquiries and bookings.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Stay updated with travel trends destinations and industry standards.
- Deliver accurate and timely travel information to clients.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in leisure travel sales.
- Experience in designing and creating safari itineraries.
- Experience in selling travel services to group clients.
- Excellent knowledge of Southern Africa travel destinations and itineraries.
- Knowledge of East Africa advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets.
