Job Description
- Responsible for all front-end, web, mobile and back-end UX and UI
- Ensure that all designs, pages, sites and emails adhere to company brand guidelines, always acting as a brand champion
- Collaborate with product team and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Create prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Develop and lead the design team
- Carry design projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards
- Maintain company branding so it remains consistent while working closely with the Marketing and Communications Teams
- Staying up to date of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration from new trends and events
- Delivering illustrated designs and process flows
- Performing other design related tasks as assigned
- Manage day-to-day updates as the business requires
