Human Resources Business Partner

Previous HR experience: Candidates must have extensive HR experience, including performance management, employee development, leadership direction, and design and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Education and academic qualifications: It is preferable that the applicant holds an advanced degree in the field of business administration, human resources management, or a related field.

Leadership and Mentoring Skills: The candidate must have excellent leadership skills to lead and direct the HR team and ensure the organization's goals are implemented efficiently.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations: The candidate must be familiar with local and international labor laws and regulations, and be able to apply them effectively in the work environment.
