- Project Planning and Execution by develop project plans timelines and budgets for infrastructure projects involving VMware technologies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within scope schedule and budget constraints.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for implementing VMwarebased infrastructure solutions.
- Provide guidance direction and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with vendors and thirdparty service providers to procure necessary hardware software and services for infrastructure projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects including technical challenges resource constraints and potential security vulnerabilities.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues and minimize project disruptions.
- Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders including senior management IT teams and endusers.
- Gather feedback and incorporate stakeholder input to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 46 years experience as a Project Manager Infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing complex infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Indepth knowledge of VMware technologies including vSphere vCenter NSX and vSAN.
- Familiarity with virtualization concepts hypervisor architectures and software defined networking/storage.
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure components such as servers storage systems networking devices and data center facilities.
- Ability to design scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions using VMware products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating meetings presenting project proposals and negotiating with vendors.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve technical issues optimize performance and troubleshoot infrastructure problems in VMware environments.
- Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL Foundation Certification are highly beneficial and demonstrate expertise in VMware technologies and project management best practices.
- Expertise in technologies including but not limited to Kubernetes projects would be considered and added advantage.
