You will be updated with latest job alerts via email**HR RECRUITER** • *Responsibilities** - Develop and execute recruiting plans. - Design and update job descriptions. - Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. - Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally. - Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Conduct regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. - Act as a single point of contact for new hires and help them onboard. • *Requirements**: - Proven work experience of 4-5 years as a HR Recruiter. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. - Experienced in using search engines and drafting job descriptions. - Experience with sourcing techniques. - Solid verbal and written communication skills with confident attitude. - Work experience in any MNC. - MBA/PGD in Human Resources Management.
