Senior Functional ConsultantDeveloper MS Dynamics 365 CE

To be able to expand our network we are searching for experienced and highqualified experts for our talent pool. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 months.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/Developer for MS D365 Customer Engagement with Consulting and Development skills and based in the EU.

Our clients are mostly located in the DACH region. Therefore only applications from candidates within the EU can be considered.

Tasks

• Implement solutions for processes in D365 Customer Engagement
• Support in the refinement of requirements and preparation of solution concepts
• Develop solutions for processes in MS D365 Customer Engagement/CRM incl. Sales and Field Service App
• Align concepts with all stakeholders: Business Architect Lead Solution Architect Technical Architect ERP Domain Solution Architects
• Creation of technical design documents
• Handle enduser tickets to ensure proper functionality of the system

Requirements

Musthave:

• Working/Consulting experience in MS Dynamics complex programs
• Several years of development experience of solutions for processes in MS D365 Customer Engagement/CRM incl. Sales and Field Service App
• Programming skills musthave: C# JavaScript
• Experience in the development in Power Automate Platform such as Canvas Apps Flows PCF controls
• Experience in the creation of technical design documents and solution concepts
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) German language skills desirable
• Process Knowhow the relevant CE processes

• Certification for Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Skills: Azure Terminology such as Function and Logic Apps
• German language skills
