Job Description

Ready to embrace a new adventure in Portugal

We are looking for fluent Dutch speakers with a good English level to work in customer and technical support positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

Speak proficiently (C1/C2) Dutch and have a good English level (B2)
No previous experience is demanded
Willingness to learn
Good communication and soft skills
Part time and full time are available

What you will have to do:

Communicate with customers (by chat email and phone) and ensure maximum satisfaction
Help customers with technical issues
