Job Description

Overview:

The Recruitment Associate plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process responsible for sourcing screening and interviewing candidates to support the organizations staffing needs. They work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements identify qualified candidates and facilitate a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and networking
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
  • Promote companys reputation as a great place to work
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate documentation
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Support in other HRrelated tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Associate Recruiter or similar role
  • Handson experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone Skype structured)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various teams and levels of management
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Outstanding timemanagement abilities
  • Professionalism and confidentiality
  • HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving ability
