Job Title: Enterprise Software Sales Manager Banking and Insurance Sector
Location: Jakarta Indonesia
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Sales Manager with a strong background in selling offtheshelf software products for the banking and insurance sectors. As a key member of our sales team you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the banking and insurance sectors in East Africa.
- Identify and qualify leads conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
- Lead the process of requirement gathering from clients and prospects to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address client requirements and showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders at prospective and existing client organizations.
- Provide ongoing client relationship management including regular communication issue resolution and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to continuously refine and improve sales materials and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and customer requirements to inform sales strategies and proposal development efforts.
- Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 810 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales with a focus on the banking and insurance sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close highvalue deals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within East Africa to meet with clients and prospects.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering and proposal building for enterpriselevel software solutions.
- Experience in pricing and contract negotiations.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
