Job Description
Requirements:
- High school diploma or required, culinary degree preferred
- Must be able speak, read and understand basic directions
- Minimum two years supervisory experience, preferably in a full service stewarding operation
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Closely work together with the Executive Chef on development of the department according to divisional objectives
