About the role:

As a Working Student Workplace at Everphone you will be involved in exciting and challenging projects..

What youll do:

• youll support the workplace team in organizing team events for over 200 people (summer parties Christmas parties etc.)
• kindly note that you may be required to work in both our offices the main one located at Zimmerstrasse and the second one at Kopenicker Strasse according to workplace needs
• support the procurement of office supplies and equipment in collaboration with the workplace team
• assist the Workplace Team with booking meeting rooms and catering for management meetings
• be the point of contact for any workplacerelated matters

What youll need:

• fluency in English and German minimum B2
• Enrolled in a degree program related event management hospitality tourism or a related field and are available for at least 1 year
• Be communicative. Embrace open communication! We value the exchange of ideas and information as its fundamental to our daily operations. Youll play a key role as one of the faces of the company! Workplace team are superstars!
