Job Description
This is a full-time on-site Fluent English Chat Account role located in Qesm El Maadi. The Fluent English Chat Account holder will be responsible for providing customer service, translation, training, and communication services. The role requires communication in English and engaging customers in a friendly and empathetic online conversation.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English written and spoken communication
- Experience in teaching or training a plus
- Translation and interpretation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, English language, or related field
- Experience working in a global customer support environment is a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
