We are looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities building key customer relationships driving new business and closing deals. List of Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Monitors and manages account segmentation industry identification and client communication.
- If needed conducts client presentations.
- Conducts client problem/ needs analysis
- Creates contractwinning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Collaborates with the technical team for the needed scope of work assumption dependencies and constraints or any other technical specifications needed to translate specific requirements into a quantitative value.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products processes and operations and remain uptodate on industry news.
- Collaborates with immediate head in the development of new businesses.

Educational Background:
- Business Administration Marketing Industrial Engineering Management Engineering Commerce or any businessrelated course.
Specific Skills and Attitude:
- Proven track record in sales business development or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to travel as needed.
Work Experience
- Must have at three (2) years of experience working for an IT services and solutions company or a managed services company is not required but an advantage.
- Must have a proven track record in sales in a B2B industry.
- Experience in handling finances ad working within specific timelines an advantage.
- Must have extensive experience in conducting presentation and negotiating deals.
- Preferably with prior experience in the use of different CRM and various productivity tools.
