Job Description:
We are looking for a driven individual to join our expanding team of experts as we create the communities where we live work and play.
Qualified applicants must have great verbal and written communication skills outstanding computer abilities (at a minimum AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office) a strong work ethic and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
As a Project Manager you will use your land development experience design knowledge and skills to develop and manage innovative projects that include site layout grading utility and landscape plans stormwater management soil erosion and sediment control and infrastructure design. Youll also be responsible for obtaining local state and federal approvals and permits for various projects. Experience with PADEP PennDOT and municipal ordinance requirements/approvals is required.
Our ideal person has a bachelors degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture and is a licensed professional engineer or professional landscape architect in Pennsylvania at a minimum.
Position Requirements:
- Land development project management experience is very beneficial.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Strong organizational technical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
