The client is seeking a Water Resources Project Manager to plan and manage projects for the Water Resources team including water treatment plants water distribution systems booster pump stations elevated and groundlevel water storage facilities wastewater treatment plants collection systems pump stations rate studies stormwater modeling stormwater management storm sewer systems and culverts.
This position can be located in Cleveland Akron or Cincinnati.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all activities for assigned projects which includes scheduling project budget directing team and subconsultant activities establishing and monitoring quality requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Report budget variances to the Director and Accounting/Finance.
- Communicate regularly with clients.
- Supervise associates both directly and indirectly providing ongoing direction specific to the project tasks budgets schedules and deliverables.
- Review mentor develop and manage associates' performance of project goals and company expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering Geology Environmental Science Landscape Architecture Surveying Planning or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years
- Supervisory Experience: 4 years
- Certifications: PE RLA PS AICP or other relevant certification
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a teamoriented environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a fulltime position. Occasional evening work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day.
