Job Description:
Identify and understand technical and functional job requirements.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals professional networks).
Screen and evaluate candidates ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their technical and functional skills.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes providing valuable insights for hiring decisions.
Manage interview logistics and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Oversee the endtoend recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge particularly in IT infrastructure and technical/functional skills.
Lead and manage a recruitment team showcasing team handling experience.
Utilize sourcing portals like Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate acquisition.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Assess and evaluate candidate qualifications negotiate and close deals.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of various IT skills for effective candidate matching.
Showcase timemanagement skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced recruitment environment.
