Tasks

• Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including distribution sales and service agreements to support business operations and strategic initiatives
• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance matters including corporate structuring board resolutions and compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Manage the organizations intellectual property portfolio including advising on IP strategy filing and maintaining trademarks and patents and handling IP disputes and negotiations
• Advise on regulatory compliance issues relevant to the companys operations ensuring adherence to local and international laws and regulations affecting the business

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in English
• Bar admission is a plus.
• Min. 5 years of PQE as an inhouse legal counsel
• Expertise in commercial and corporate law
