Tasks

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ITIL and ETL
• Proficiency in technical aspects and product management including incident management evolution backlog management and release management
• Familiarity with data integration/management challenges in API WebServices SFTP ETL and Datalake
• Previous experience with ServiceNow tools and a solid understanding of ITIL processes
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset)
• Demonstrated resilience and organizational skills especially in managing critical situations
• Analytical approach to delve into complex subjects and a synthetic approach for effective reporting
• Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals

• Previous experience with ServiceNow tools
