Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience working in Income/ Corporate/ Transaction Tax environment
- Experience with transaction tax projects, including tax due diligence, legal document review, tax review of financial models and tax structuring of cross-border acquisition projects and corporate restructuring
- Proficiency in English
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- CPA/CFA/CA/EA/CMA certification is an advantage
