Job Description
SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) consultant
Experience should be at least 3-5 +years - Experience with SAP C4C Sales and Service processes.
- Excellent understanding of Business flow & expertise in requirement gathering from business department.
- Experience with C4C business configuration
- Excellent knowledge about Layouts, Language Adaptations, Code list restrictions and other Administrator activities.
- Configuration of C4C solution using OData, KUT, Workflows, MDR
- Experience with C4C Data Migration and Mass Data Maintenance
- Develop and maintain extension and CD fields with translations
- Experience working with data tools to import and update data in C4C system
- Employee and Service Agent Management
- Familiar with Integration between C4C and SAP ERP On-Premises using HCI
- Technical Support to Sales User department
- SAP ERP and IDOC experience will be helpful
